Windows SmartScreen ("unrecognized app") and Android Play Protect ("harmful app" / unknown apps) flag new small publishers that aren't on the Microsoft Store or Google Play yet. That's a reputation / listing gap - not proof the file is unsafe.

Steps

  1. Download from easypeeze.comUse /download/ - it grabs the latest official Setup .exe from our GitHub Releases. Avoid random "PDF editor crack" sites.
  2. Run the Setup .exeIf Windows says Windows protected your PC / SmartScreen, click More info, then Run anyway.
  3. "Unrecognized publisher" / unlicensed-looking warningSame story: small company, reputation not built yet. Official builds are signed where possible; SmartScreen still nags until enough people install from us.
  4. Finish setup and open Pdf BuddyTry your free 2 actions/day. Need more? Create an account and unlock yearly or lifetime on pricing.

If Windows Defender quarantines the file

  • Open Windows Security, then Virus & threat protection, then Protection history.
  • Restore the Easy Peeze / Pdf Buddy installer only if you downloaded it from this site.
  • Email support@easypeeze.com with a screenshot if something still looks wrong.

Steps

  1. Install from Google PlayUse the Play button above. Prefer paying first with the Google email you'll use in-app.
  2. Android 13+ SMSApp info, then the menu, then Allow restricted settings, then grant SMS for auto-capture.
  3. Sign in with GoogleSame email as checkout. Sheet lands in your Drive.
