Kharch Log is only an expense book
Kharch Log is a tracking app. It is like a notebook. It helps you write down what you spend and look at it later.
Kharch Log does not pay you. It does not send money. It does not give cashback, rewards, or any money in any form. Kharch Log does not owe you money. It is not a bank. It is not a wallet. It is not a payment app.
If you write down money you lent or money you borrowed, that is only a note in your book. Kharch Log does not hold that money. Kharch Log does not owe that money to you or to anyone else.

Where your expenses stay
When sync is on, your expense list stays in your own Google Sheet. We do not keep a copy of your book to sell it or to show ads.
Pdf Buddy edits PDFs on your Windows computer. We do not upload your PDF files to our servers for those tools.
What we receive
- Before you sign in, we ask for your date of birth to confirm that you are 18 or older. If you are under 18, you cannot sign in.
- If you sign in with Google, we receive your email, your name, and your profile picture information. We use this to open your account and show your profile. We do not keep a separate copy of the picture. It goes away when you delete the account.
- If you pay, we receive the payment reference, amount, currency, status, and time. We do not store your full card number.
- Kharch Log uses Google Drive and Sheets only for the expense file it creates, or a sheet you pick. It cannot read the rest of your Drive.
- SMS is optional. If you allow it, the app reads bank and UPI messages on your phone to draft an expense. We do not upload those messages to sell them.
- The Play Store app may send crash details, such as the phone type and the app version, so we can fix problems. Those reports do not include your email, SMS text, or expense amounts. The website download does not send crash reports.
- Google Analytics shows which screens and pages people open. This does not include SMS text or expense amounts. We do not use an advertising ID.
- The websites use Amplitude to see how a visit moves through the pages. Amplitude does not receive your expenses or your PDF files.
- If you create an account, we may send account emails and product emails. You can stop product emails with the unsubscribe link, or by emailing support@easypeeze.com.
What we do not do
- We do not sell your personal data.
- We do not use your expenses or PDFs for ads.
- We do not pay you, and we do not owe you money.
Your choices
- You can turn off SMS, the microphone, or Google access in your phone settings or in your Google account settings.
- You can delete your Kharch Log account in the app. We then delete your name, email, expenses, plan, and signed-in phones, and we remove the app's access to your Sheet. We do not keep your email after that. We keep a short security record, without your email and without your expenses, for 1 year, so we can look into abuse. Then we delete that record too. If you sign up again, that is a new account.
- Your Google Sheet is yours. You can edit or delete rows there.
- To ask for a copy, a correction, or a deletion, use the delete data page or email info@easypeeze.com.
Children
These products are for people who are 18 or older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes
We may update this page. The date at the top will change. If you keep using the products, you accept the new text.
