This Refund Policy applies to digital software licenses sold by Easy Peeze Tools for Pdf Buddy and Kharch Log, paid via our websites (easypeeze.com, kharchlog.com) through Razorpay or other processors we enable. It forms part of our Terms and conditions.
1. Nature of the goods
You are buying a digital license / unlock (software access), not a physical product. Delivery is electronic: license status is attached to the Google email you enter at checkout and used in the app.
2. General rule
Because unlocks are delivered immediately and are non-tangible, payments are generally non-refundable once the license is granted, except where required by applicable law or where we agree in writing under this policy.
3. When we may refund
Email easypeezetools@gmail.com within 7 days of payment if:
- You were charged twice for the same plan (duplicate capture), or
- Payment succeeded but the license was not unlocked after you contacted us with proof and we could not fix it within a reasonable time, or
- You paid the wrong amount due to a clear pricing / checkout error on our side, or
- Mandatory consumer law in your jurisdiction requires a refund for your situation.
Include: order id / payment id, Google email used at checkout, product (Pdf Buddy or Kharch Log), plan, currency (INR or USD), and a short description.
4. When we typically do not refund
- Change of mind after unlock
- Buying the wrong plan (yearly vs lifetime) after successful unlock — we may help switch if you email us promptly; not a cash refund by default
- Device / OS incompatibility you did not check against our install requirements
- Feature expectations beyond what is described on the product / pricing pages
- Chargebacks filed without first emailing us — we may suspend the related license
5. Subscriptions (Pdf Buddy yearly)
Yearly plans may renew via the payment provider until cancelled. Cancel future renewals through the provider tools or by emailing us before the next billing date. Fees already charged for a started period follow the rules above.
6. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method via Razorpay (or the processor used). Bank / card timelines are typically 5–10 business days after we initiate the refund; your bank may take longer to show the credit.
7. Currency
Refunds are issued in the same currency you paid (INR or USD) when the processor supports it. Current list prices are on the pricing page.
