These Terms govern use of Easy Peeze Tools websites and products: easypeeze.com, Pdf Buddy (Windows), and Kharch Log (Android / kharchlog.in). This is the canonical terms document for all Easy Peeze Tools products.
By installing or using any product, or buying a plan, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The products
- Pdf Buddy — desktop PDF tools on Windows. Core processing is local on your PC. Free daily edit limits may apply until you unlock a paid plan.
- Kharch Log — personal expense tracking on Android, with optional SMS capture and Google Sheets sync to your Drive.
- Websites provide docs, pricing, downloads, and checkout information.
Features may change as we ship updates.
2. Accounts & licenses
- Sign-in (where required) uses Google or other methods we enable. Use an account you are allowed to access.
- Licenses are per product unless we state otherwise. Pdf Buddy plans do not automatically include Kharch Log and vice versa.
- Pdf Buddy: free tier (limited daily edits), yearly (₹299/year), and lifetime (₹999) as listed on pricing.
- Kharch Log: lifetime unlock (₹149) as listed on pricing / kharchlog.in pay flows.
- You may not redistribute, resell, or share license credentials in a way that circumvents our limits.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use the software for unlawful purposes.
- Pdf Buddy: only edit/unlock files you own or are authorized to process. Do not use the app to crack others’ password-protected documents.
- Kharch Log: personal/finance logging tool — not professional tax, accounting, or investment advice. Verify SMS-parsed amounts.
- Do not abuse payment, license, or Google APIs; do not attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
4. Payments
Checkout may use Razorpay, Cashfree, or similar processors. Their terms apply to card/UPI processing. Refunds, if any, are handled case-by-case via easypeezetools@gmail.com unless a checkout page states otherwise.
5. Third-party services
Google Sign-In, Drive/Sheets, and payment providers are third parties. Outages, quotas, or account bans on their side are outside our control. Your use of Google is also subject to Google’s terms.
6. No warranties
Products are provided “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted availability. OCR, SMS parsing, and PDF conversion are best-effort and may be imperfect.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Easy Peeze Tools and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or loss of data/profits arising from use of the products. Our total liability for a claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the relevant product in the 12 months before the claim (or ₹0 if free tier only).
8. Sideloaded / unofficial builds
If you install APKs or installers from unofficial sources, you accept the security risks of that choice.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date will change when we revise them.
