Month-end often means dozens of invoice PDFs. Order them, merge, then compress if the CA portal has a cap.
- Name files
01-invoice.pdf,02-…so order is obvious. - Merge once in Pdf Buddy (local).
- OCR only if you need Ctrl+F later.
