How to delete your account

1. Open EP Business Voice, go to Settings, and tap Close your account. Pick a reason, type Delete, and confirm. That is the fastest way.
2. Or send the form on this page. Use your name and the Google email on the account. We treat that message as a deletion request and reply within 1-2 business days.

What we delete

Your name, email, date of birth record, Twilio Account SID and Auth Token, phone number settings, call forwarding rules, voicemail greetings, picture and file attachments, signed-in phones, and the call recordings the app made. Your Twilio number gets its own settings back, and what the app created in your Twilio account is removed.

What we keep

A short record for 1 year, without your email, with the reason you chose for leaving. Then it is deleted automatically. Your call history and texts stay in your own Twilio account. You can delete them in Twilio. Signing up again starts a new account.
