WhatsApp and many portals share the same enemy: a 20 MB phone-scan PDF. Use Pdf Buddy compress on Windows, then open the result and check PAN / GSTIN / signatures before you send.
Recipe
- Split away pages you do not need.
- Compress.
- If still huge, re-photograph at lower resolution and convert JPG→PDF.
