Form 16 PDF split compress for ITR

Form 16 arrives as a multi-page PDF. Portals often want Part A / Part B separately, or a compressed pack with salary slips.

Typical workflow

  1. Split Form 16 into the pages the portal asks for.
  2. Compress if the upload cap is 1–2 MB.
  3. Merge with bank statements / photo only if the checklist says so.
